Cancer
Cancer is a group of diseases characterized by abnormal cell growth and proliferation that can spread to other parts of the body (metastasis). It can affect anyone regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity, and is a leading cause of death worldwide. While conventional treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery can be effective, they can also have significant side effects and may not address the underlying causes of cancer. A holistic approach to cancer treatment is essential, one that combines conventional treatments with complementary therapies to support the body’s natural healing processes.
Cancer is a complex, multifactorial condition whose detection and monitoring remain a challenge. A tool called the Biology of Functions (BoF) and comprising more than 130 indices helps evaluate, with a few indices, the body’s carcinogenic activity.
Types
Theoretically, there could be as many types of cancer as there are cell types, circa 300 different types. Since cancer can develop in any part of the body, patients can end up suffering from:
- Breast cancer
- Lung cancer
- Prostate cancer
- Colon cancer
- Skin cancer
- Leukemia
- Lymphoma
- Etc…
Symptoms
The symptoms of cancer vary depending on the type and stage of cancer. Common symptoms include:
- Fatigue
- Loss of appetite
- Unexplained weight loss
- Fever
- Night sweats
- Persistent coughing or voice hoarseness
- Changes in bowel or bladder movement
- Unusual bleeding or discharge
- Lumps or bumps under the skin
- Changes in skin color or texture
Prevalence
Cancer is a major public health concern that affects millions of people worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cancer is the second leading cause of death globally, accounting for an estimated 9.6 million deaths in 2018. The most commonly diagnosed cancers worldwide are lung, breast, and colorectal cancer.
In Europe, cancer is the leading cause of death, accounting for nearly one in four deaths. In the Middle East and GCC, cancer is also a significant health concern, with increasing rates of incidence and mortality. In the United States, cancer is the second leading cause of death, and it is estimated that one in three people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime.
The Solution
Conventional cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy and surgery – or even adjuvant therapies – can be effective, yet they also have significant side effects and may not address the underlying causes of cancer.
The main problem with these therapeutic approaches – whether old or new ones – is the complete lack of a global, all-encompassing and comprehensive vision of the individual. Oncology relies upon the presence of antigens, such as CA15-3, etc., which do not exclusively and solely determine the development of a cancer nor account for the cause of its evolution. The Endobiogenic vision is founded on the neuroendocrine metabolism regulation whose failure is responsible for the development of any cancer.
A holistic approach to cancer treatment that combines conventional treatments with complementary therapies can support the body’s natural healing processes and help alleviate the side effects of conventional treatments.
Endobiogenic medicine is a holistic approach to cancer treatment that focuses on restoring balance to the body’s internal environment.
The main cancer-triggering factor is genetic, but this genetic factor is aggravated by a host of other factors, such as food, environmental, etc.
In Endobiogenic medicine, researchers are aware of the fact that every cell in our body is free and independent while being at the same time interrelated to and interdependent on its neighbors; a “dialogue” is established between them to maintain balance and manage aggression.
Endobiogenic medicine practitioners use a variety of tools to help patients control their cancer, such as herbal treatments, nutritional adjustments, and stress reduction methods in order to restore the disrupted and broken balance.
Endobiogenic medicine methods for treating cancer include the following:
- Supporting the immune system in order to enhance the body’s natural ability to fight cancer cells.
- Providing support for the patient’s terrain in order to restore its balance.
- Investigating the endocrine disturbances at the origin of the disease.
- Improving diet and digestive health in order to decrease inflammation and boost immune function.
- Using herbs and vitamins to enhance the effects of conventional treatments and reduce their side effects.
- Acupuncture and other treatments are used to alleviate pain, improve mood, and enhance general health and well-being.
In conclusion, cancer is a complex, multifactorial and devastating disease, but a holistic approach to cancer treatment that combines conventional treatments with complementary therapies provides the adequate support to the body’s natural healing processes and greatly improves quality of life. Endobiogenic medicine is a valuable and indispensable addition to conventional cancer treatment approaches, assisting patients in better managing their symptoms while fostering overall health and well-being.
