About 3 year later, while on voyage in North America I developed a severe sinus infection. The doctors treated me with a heavy dosage of antibiotics and at repetition. Several days after my return in Belgium I developed tachycardia with arrhythmia followed very quickly by a hemiplegia. This required rapid hospitalisation by ambulance. Fortunately the situations was quickly controlled and the hemiplegia was transient. After some research, like reading the package insert, I became convinced that this medical accident was a secondary effect of the antibiotics. However it was impossible for the cardiologist to accept this causality. I was most relieved to return to Dr. Abi Chahine and do a complete Endobiogenic work up. Once again I was to follow months of plant based therapy in the form of capsules, mother tinctures and gemmotherapy. In the months that followed I rebuilt my energy and sense of well-being. Since then I follow regular yearly check-ups and treatments with Dr. Abi Chahine and continue well into my eighth decade with energy and joy.
